Your chari.ma account is an e-wallet with your own Moroccan IBAN. Before you can use it, you need to fund it. Good news: there are 5 ways to do so, and you can pick whichever suits you best at any given moment.
1. By bank card
The fastest method. Open the “Top up” screen, select your bank card, enter the amount and confirm. The money lands in your account within seconds, without leaving home.
2. At a cash agency near you
No card on hand? You can deposit cash at a partner agency and it is credited to your account. chari.ma relies on several networks to cover the entire country:

- Tasshilate
From the app, you can locate the nearest agency and check the distance before heading over.
3. By bank transfer
Your chari.ma account comes with a RIB, an IBAN and a BIC. You will find them in the app and can share them to receive a bank transfer from any Moroccan bank, just like a traditional account.
4. By payment link or QR code
Want to get paid effortlessly? Generate a payment link or a QR code and send it. The payer completes the payment in a few taps and the amount lands in your account.
5. Via Fatourati
Finally, you can top up your account via Fatourati, the same system you already use for your bills. Convenient if that is the channel you know best.
